2. IdeasWIN RECOMMENDS
-----------------------------------------------------------
Ever need a quick definition? Or has there ever been a time
when roaming about the Web you came upon a word that you
wanted to look up in the Encyclopedia? Me, too. But
sometimes, it's just too much trouble so I would let it go.
Not any more. Our subscriber zoose01@hotmail.com turned me
on to this one. Thanks, Zoose! Not only did I try it before
passing it on to you, but I compared it to the much
advertised program by NBCI that promises the same thing. You
know the one, "Click on ANY word ANYtime..."
Suffice it to say Atomica does what that other one only
promises to do. It's small in size & on the screen. It works
without any learning curve, and best of all IT'S FREE. Take
a look at this one, you're gonna like it.

Are You Doing ALL You Can Do?
You CAN NOT achieve full power in your life unless your
belief system is right on track. A lot of people seem to
think that you can simply have a high self-esteem and you
can steam-roll your way to success.
It simply isn't true. Oh, sure, you can go on and up for a
while. But genuine success in life comes a little harder
than that. It is not just about how hard you work either.
There are a group of things that you simply MUST have Faith
in to reach the pinnacle of personal success.
In Your Company
In the long run, it does not matter whether you have your
own company, are an affiliate, or are nothing more than an
employee. If you want to go farther than your 'peers' you
have to have a solid trust in that company.
The moment any hesitancy or doubt creep in - you're done.
Those you deal with will get the message on a subliminal
level that there is something wrong. They will not usually
pick up on what. But if there is any discomfort, they will
just go somewhere else.
In Your System
In building a business or a career there is a System that
must be employed. For as many businesses as there are, I'm
sure as many Systems exist. But like the trust you need to
have in the company itself....you need an equal belief in
the method you use and operate within. Because you must play
it till the end.
As they say, "You can't change horses mid-stream." Not
without some disastrous results, anyway. If you don't have
confidence in your System, you will want to change when
things get sticky (and they will). If you choose to change -
WELL - it may be the right thing. But expect to start all
over again.
In Your Goals
Oftentimes our goals and dreams are the only things that
pull us through. In order to be a strong enough pull in
the difficult periods your goals must be truly yours. As
Rocky Balboa was told, you can't do it for your wife or
child or manager. You have to do it for your own truly
personal reasons.
Do goals sometimes change? Of course. Because WE change
during the journey to reach them. Do the dates for achieving
them change and/or get missed? Oh yes. But for people who
understand the process, they just get reset.
In Your Self
One of the biggest reasons that many give up in the
marketing and self-employment arenas is hidden in this one.
If you do not have sufficient belief in yourself and your
strength of purpose how could you possibly succeed? I don't
think you can for one very massive reason.
YOU don't think you can. As is attributed to Henry Ford, "If
you think you can, or if you think you can't....either way,
you're right."
In Your God
Now I know that not everyone reading this will accept this
last parameter. But then, I am the one writing this, not
them. This set of things that I feel you must have faith in
are based on my own life's experience. This is not about
something I heard or read. It is about what has proven
itself to be true in life.
If you do not have a belief in a higher power, a higher
authority than yourself and those around you then all hope
of realizing the genuine wealth of personal success is lost.
There are several reasons. First, we are deluding ourselves
and cannot hope to find the real reason why we should be
doing anything in this life. Second, true peace and
happiness comes for the most part NOT in what we do just for
& about ourselves. It is centered in what we give back to
God and His world. And lastly, it has been said that mankind
needs three things to be truly happy.
Something to do.
To love and be loved.
Something to believe in.
Till next time. Good luck and God Bless.

Setting The Pace For Excellence
Years ago, when I was in high school, my favorite
sport was long distance running. When running the
marathon, it was always critical to set the right
pace. A pace that you could keep up with for the
duration of the race.
A lot of the hot shots, were very quick to rush off
with a very fast pace, but after a very short time,
they were exhausted, and unable to keep up their
initial spurt. The energy was gone.
It's the same old story all over again of the tortoise
and the hare. The hare, as cocky, arrogant and fast as
he was, soon fell behind the slow, meticulous pace of
the tortoise.
Today we're seeing the same phenomenon happen on the
Internet. As fast as business is done on the Internet,
it does still require careful planning and
preparation. The marketing needs to be consistent.
Sales need to be gradually built up, so that the
company involved can keep up with deliveries and
shipping.
Start Small, Plan Big
For those entering the Internet game, it is crucial to
plan each step of the way, or a lot of money can be
lost.
By starting with a small scale operation, yet
maintaining plans for future growth and expansion, it
is a lot easier to "grow with the business".
The latest avalanche of dot.com startup failures is
clear evidence to the fact that too many businesses
are starting big, with very small plans. They are soon
overwhelmed and engulfed by their own overhead, before
their business has really had a chance to take off.
There is no room for the business to gradually grow.
They want to go from 0 to 100 in 2 seconds, and end up
crashing in the process.
The Billion Dollar Man
When Microsoft first started out, the company was very
small, with only a few of Bill Gates closest friends
and associates working for him.
Gates had a big plan, but was clever enough to start
on a very small scale, so that they had time to grow
with the business. They had time to organize not only
their strategies, but their entire network and
organization, step by step.
When success became apparent, the organizational
structure of Microsoft was there waiting to handle the
growth.
Shouldn't we be able to learn something from the
actions of the world's richest man?
Trust And Diamonds
Never underestimate the power of trust. On the
Internet, trust is the key to doing business. Without
trust, you would have no sales.
Again, trust, is not something that is created
overnight. It takes time. It takes patience.
Most importantly, trust is mutual. Like any
relationship, if you want it to be successful, you
have to nurture it, daily.
The fly-by-night, here-today-gone-tomorrow companies
or individuals, will never be able to establish real
trust. Real trust, like a diamond, is forever.
Nuts And Bolts
Once you've established your plan, selected your key
players and started your marketing and sales process,
you need to spend more energy on your people, the nuts
and bolts of any organization, company or family. The
stuff that keeps it all together.
A wise man once said: "Without a vision, the people
perish." Just so, your business, and your people,
including your customers, will eventually perish and
fade from your view, if you are not diligently staying
in touch with them, and giving them the vision.
To do this, you have to know where you're going
yourself first.
The Finish Line
Internet Marketing, is never done. There is always
more you can do. Planning is never done. Sales are
never done. There is always a tomorrow, a new
customer, another goal to conquer.
It is important though, to break your goals into
smaller pieces, to be able to see the finish line of
your present projects and goals.
When you're running a race, and you've learned to pace
yourself, you can actually envision yourself crossing
that finish line.
Imagine you were running a marathon, and every time
you got close to the end, the finish line was moved a
few miles further down the road. You would collapse
from exhaustion.
The same is true in business. Realize when you've
accomplished a goal. Learn to take the time to stop
and assess your victories, your mistakes and lessons,
and especially take the time to plan the next move.
If you have other people working for you, you may
consider celebrating with a dinner out together to
encourage everyones hard work.
This creates a good working relationship. If people
know they are going to be rewarded for their efforts,
they will more likely be there when you need them
most. Value your people.
So, are you ready to run the Internet race? Then run
with excellence, and you will succeed.
