1. Let's Get Started!
-----------------------------------------------------------

I am thrilled to be sending this issue out late. ??? Because
the lateness is caused by the opening of our NEW MEMBERS
ONLY SECTION! This area is currently 10 pages of FREE
downloads, e-books, and much more. I will be working on
updates & additions every week. Also take note of the
improved Fresh Articles page. There you will find two top-
notch articles by well known authors that are changed every
week. Oh, and I mustn't forget - your PASSWORD to the
Members Site is: bornfree - we will be changing it off and
on to make sure that ONLY Members have it.

A comment about the Guest Article. There is an entire area
of the Internet that most newcomers are totally unaware of.
This area includes what is called the Unenet, Newsgroups and
Message Boards. Don't miss this, it'll open up new wonders.

This weeks Free Vacation Winner is: eileenkelley@home.com.
Congratulations! Please contact us by e-mail with your land
address so we can mail out your certificate. That's it for
now - Let's Get Started!

2. IdeasWIN RECOMMENDS
-----------------------------------------------------------

How often do you receive e-mail warning of viruses? If you
have anything like the number of corespondents that I have,
it is at least once or twice a week. Now me, I'm a skeptic.
What I mean by that is - before I pass on any virus warning
I verify that it is not a hoax.

Why? Because over 75% of them are! How do I check it out?
Well there are several good places. My favorite, because it
is NOT affiliated with any of the anti-virus companies is:
http://www.vmyths.com/

Funny thing though....even with all the scares I know many
people either don't have an anti-virus program - or don't
update it at least once a week (which amounts to the same
thing). There is NO EXCUSE for this. NONE! Because there is
a top-of-the-line program out there that is totally FREE for
personal use AND allows FREE updates. No matter what, this
is something you should check out. Here's the URL, take a
look for yourself - you'll be glad you did.

3. Today's Feature Article
-----------------------------------------------------------

Are You Paid What You Are Worth?

Perhaps not. BUT you ARE paid what the job is worth.

Many folks moan regularly about their "lot in life" and how
it's just not fair. Why is it that some only earn
$25,000/year (or less) While others receive $250,000 or
$2,500,000 per year?

Most people don't realize that we are paid according to the
value of what we give to others. Every occupation GIVES
something to the world. What exactly are you giving to the
rest of us?

Doesn't sound right to you? Look at some examples. A US
Postal employee is performing a service. That service
benefits a group of people. For rendering that service to
those people he may get paid, say, $30,000/year.

A Pro Football player is giving pleasure/entertainment
(service) to a large group of people. He may get paid six or
seven figures.

A specialized Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon performs a
tremendous service to a much smaller group of people but
also may make those very large incomes.

Does it even out? Does it match my original comment? Think
it through....If you perform a service to a very large
group, even if it is a small service, you can be greatly
rewarded. Or if you give a large benefit to a small group of
people you will also be handsomely paid.

What happens in the world? Most people are giving a small
service to a small group of others and then don't understand
why they make a much smaller income than people at the
opposite end.

Now, let's make it personal. You want to make more money.
Many of you are in business for yourself, either online or
offline. Which does not matter. How much service are you
giving, and to how many people?

OK - Again. You want to make more money. What can you do to
greatly increase the number of human beings that are
enriched in some way by what you do? Can't see a way? Then
how about this. What can you do to greatly increase the
level of benefit that you are offering those that you do
reach?

Can you offer a better product or service? Can you add an
extra benefit to what you already have? Is there some way to
personalize it - make it special? OR, can you offer it to
more people?

Do one or the other and your income will go up. Do BOTH and
it will skyrocket.

One last comment. Some think that all they have to do is
appear to give more/better and they will get more. You can't
fake this. Life is the great equalizer, and in the long run
can not be cheated.

Be a genuine giver of genuine benefits and you will find
yourself genuinely blessed.

Till next time. Good luck and God Bless.
Remember, IdeasWIN. Develop yours, Chris

"Leave A Message, Please"
By: Terri Seymour

Networking is a great way to build your online business and
message boards are some of the best places for networking.
Not only can you advertise your business (if allowed), you
can learn more about marketing, promotion or whatever
subject pertains to your business. Message boards are also
a great way to establish yourself as an expert and to build
yourself a good reputation. Relationships, business and
personal can also start from contacts made on message
boards. When posting to message boards, there are a few
things you should remember.

1. Do not spam! A lot of message boards do not allow
blatant advertising, but do allow sigtags. Make sure you
read all rules carefully before posting. There are message
boards that allow advertising of any kind, however these are
not very useful as far as networking or learning anything of
value.

2. Do not flame! Message boards are a means for people to
express different opinions and ideas. You should never
insult anybody because they do not agree with your point of
view. This is one way for you to lose all credibility for
your business and your reputation.

3. Do participate in the discussions! You definitely want to
get involved in the discussions and make yourself known.
Answer questions whenever possible and give advice. People
will come to respect you as an expert in your field and
trust what you say.

4. Do treat others with respect! Always give others on the
boards the same treatment and respect you would want them
to give you. No matter how much or how little someone knows,
they still deserve the same respect as others. Always
remember, you started out not knowing much either.

5. Do build relationships! I have "met" so many wonderful
people since starting on the Internet! It is a great way to
build personal and business relationships. So go to the
boards, start a conversation and just have some fun, while
building your business!!

If you are serious about learning how to make money on the

way? I know I've seen hundreds! And perhaps, like me, you
have even answered some of them to see. More often then not
they are disappointments!

So how to get information about web business without getting
stung? The thing I like is top quality, bottom price. Here
is a source that I really LOVE. The links below will

What sets you apart from the crowd? Anything?
Surely, it is what you read.

9. The Last Word: PONDER POINTS
-----------------------------------------------------------

You must constantly ask yourself these questions: Who am I
around? What are they doing to me? What have they got me
reading? What have they got me saying? Where do they have me
going? What do they have me thinking? And most important,
what do they have me becoming? Then ask yourself the big
question: Is that okay?
